This Fall four friends and I travelled to Alghero for Pintadera’s two-week immersive course in Italian grammar and conversation. To put it mildly, the expectations of the group were wildly exceeded. The classes themselves were run in a highly professional yet enjoyable manner by skilled instructors, with all the students encouraged to speak — and think— in Italian throughout.
The class itself would have been sufficient cause to take this course, but the fact that the school is located in the charming and historic city of Alghero made the experience even more unforgettable. In this regard, the staff went out of its way time and again to ensure that we experienced in full the many beautiful sites and fascinating activities Alghero has to offer.
I would highly recommend Pintadera to anyone seeking to improve their Italian skills while enjoying this wonderful corner of Sardinia.
