Enrollment in our programs is contingent upon adherence to the following General Conditions, which attain legal validity upon acceptance by the cultural association Centro Mediterraneo Pintadera. Upon confirmation of enrollment, you automatically gain membership in the cultural association Centro Mediterraneo Pintadera, hereinafter referred to as Pintadera. This membership remains valid for the entire calendar year, running from January 1 to December 31.
Lessons
Group classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official Italian holidays. All students, excluding absolute beginners enrolled in the Lingua A course, are required to be present at the school by 8:30 on the first Monday of classes for a level placement test.
Lingua group lessons typically take place in the morning between 9:00 and 13:00 from Monday to Friday. However, on rare occasions, these group lessons may be scheduled in the afternoon. Group sizes range from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 8 students, with a total of 20 hours per week. Each class hour comprises 50 minutes.
If only two students enroll in a group language course (Lingua A, B, C), the weekly hours will be adjusted from 20 to 15. In the event that only one student enrolls, the hours will be further reduced to 10 per week.
The placement test, assessing the student's language proficiency, is administered prior to the commencement of classes.

Accommodation
The provision of accommodation is a complimentary service for all regularly enrolled students. Pintadera functions solely as an intermediary in facilitating lodging arrangements and assumes no responsibility for the relationship between the renter and the student.
All accommodations offered through the school undergo a meticulous selection process based on our inspection scheme, evaluating cleanliness, comfort, and location. As these lodgings are privately owned and operated, minor variations in amenities may exist; nevertheless, all accommodations adhere to a standard level of quality and convenience. Regular checks are conducted by our school to ensure continued compliance with our quality standards.
Special Courses and Activities
Some of our “Special Courses” and our “Activities” are operated through external partners who are liable for the services provided.
Membership fee - enrollment
The 80 € enrollment fee with the cultural association Centro Mediterraneo Pintadera serves as a non-refundable deposit, essential for securing reservations. Payment is to be executed via bank transfer, with any associated bank commissions and fees borne by the student. This enrollment fee ensures membership for the complete calendar year, spanning from January 1 to December 31.
It is crucial to consistently and clearly specify the intended recipient of the payment during the transaction process.
Payment of balance
All fees must be paid in full at the latest on the first day of school.
Cancellations and refund policy
Pintadera imposes the following charges in the event of cancellation or withdrawal from a course:
- The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- Deposits and fees are not transferable from person to person.
- If Pintadera rejects an application, the applicant is entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
Refunds
The 80 € enrollment fee is non-refundable once enrollment has been accepted by PINTADERA and confirmation for the course and/or any related service has been sent by the school. In the event that a student does not attend, withdraws, or shortens their course after it has commenced, tuition fees will not be refunded. Refunds are not permitted for a delayed start or premature departure. Student tuition is not refunded for absences from class, and any study hours lost as a result cannot be compensated for or made up.
