Pintadera students are welcome to attend yoga classes in a yoga center in town. Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga classes are available.
During the summer months yoga lessons are organized on the beach at dawn and dusk.
Pilates classes are also possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Pintadera collaborates with trusted professionals for all our proposed activities. Some activities require the presentation of a letter from your physician confirming you are in good health. Please inquire in advance so we can provide you with cost and conditions.
